Physicians and healthcare providers of all backgrounds area invited to join this weekend of spine care presentations: latest in medical research updates, demonstration of treatments and protocols, practical/clinical discussions of patient conditions from a variety of angles and how each discipline might approach their care. The camaraderie developed via this type of weekend's design will follow everyone back into the office for the benefit of doctors, researchers and spine pain patients.

A graduate of the National University of Health Sciences, Dr. Cox continued his education in diagnostic imaging attaining diplomate status with the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology, authored textbooks and peer-reviewed articles regarding lumbar, cervical and thoracic spine conditions and their treatment, developed Cox® Technic flexion distraction and decompression procedures, and participated in NIH and HRSA funded research studies at Loyola School of Medicine, Hines VA Hospital, Palmer College of Chiropractic and National University of Health Sciences.
A graduate of the Cleveland College of Chiropractic in Kansas City, MO, and the University of Windsor, Dr. Albano practices in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. In addition to his love of treating back and neck pain with Cox® Technic, he has explored and arranged research study of adapted Cox® Technic-theory based protocols for treating knee, hip and shoulder pain. He works with researchers at the University of Windsor.
A graduate of the Logan University and board-certified radiologist after a 3-year residency in diagnostic imaging, Dr. Battaglia is now a clinician for Logan’s Integrative Heath Centers and assistant professor of radiology at Logan College of Chiropractic. His 1-year fellowship in diagnostic imaging with emphasis on ultrasound of the musculoskeletal system has allowed him to produce very intriguing images of facet motion under flexion distraction. A graduate of Emory University, University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and Neurosurgery residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Minnesota, Dr. Dozier specializes in neurosurgery with Parkview Physicians Group-Neurosciences.
Dr. Gupta is a neurologist with Fort Wayne Neurological Center.He completed his residency in general Medicine at MP Shah Medical College and Irwin Group of Hospitals (Jamnagar, India) and neurology at Medical College of Ohio (Toledo, OH). His further specialty study was in electroencephalography/epilepsy and MS/Neuroimmunology.
A graduate of Brigham Young University in nursing, Cheri started her career as a registered nurse preparing patients for surgery. Life experiences led her to expand her care-giving abilities to include training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner and Lifestyle Educator. A founder of the Temecula Center for Integrative Medicine, Cheri works alongside her chiropractor-husband, Dr. Lee Hazen, and other healthcare providers to benefit the lives of their patients for the better.
A graduate of the Cleveland College of Chiropractic (California) and resident/co-director of the Cox Clinic (Fort Wayne) with Dr. Cox, Dr. Hazen now practices with Temecula Integrative Medicine (Temecula, CA) where he and fellow healthcare providers of various disciplines come together to help patients return to the quality of life they desire.
Dr. Joachim graduated from the National University of Health Sciences in 1996. While a student, he was a student-team member of the first chiropractic biomechanics project at NUHS funded by HRSA regarding the effects of flexion-distraction on the spine. Since then, he has completed post-graduate studies with Cox® Technic, McKenzie Institute, and the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board. In addition to being a Cox® Technic instructor, he maintains private practice in Fort Wayne, IN, where he also is an official chiropractic office for the Fort Wayne Komets Pro Hockey Team and the Fort Wayne Fury Pro Basketball Team.
Dr. Ralph Kruse is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences, certified Cox® Technic physician, instructor for Cox® Technic, and assistant professor at Keiser University - College of Chiropractic Medicine in West Palm Beach, Florida as well as the attending clinician for the Keiser Spine Care Clinic. He is an orthopedics diplomate fellow with the International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (IANM) formerly the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedics.
Dr. Olding is a graduate of the National College of Chiropractic, a Cox® Technic instructor, and an orthopedics diplomate fellow with the International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (IANM). He practices in Minster, Ohio, and is currently working on developing a study on balance and the stenosis patient.
