Understand why they call it a "War Room"

Battle it out in a mock bid with and against your fellow members and colleagues, no risk involved.  Cost estimators (no experience required in this scenario) collect and analyze data in order to estimate the time, money, materials, and labor required to construct a building.  Enjoy learning how to put a winning bid together and find out who will be the successful bid team!    It is sure to be Fun and exciting.  It will go quick so get there on time and eat while playing.

 Teams welcome! But Bid Leaders will be available for ensuring a “level playing field”!

Additional Information

• This program qualifies for 1 CED hour for Oregon CCB license renewal.
• FREE PARKING - go to any paystation, select 3 hours, enter the passcode 24501 to generate a pass to display on your dashboard.  You will need to provide your vehicle license plate number.
• No host bar in the adjacent restaurant, Lincoln Station Grill, during social/networking time
• Walk-ins and late registrants will incur an additional $10 fee.
• No-show reservations not pre-paid will be invoiced $45 plus a $15 processing fee.
