A weekend Gods Playing in the Clouds qigong retreat to nature in the hills of western Massachusetts. We will explore how to twist in unison the soft tissues of your arms and legs as you do the movements. You'll also learn how to practice Gods to help you connect to the energies of Earth and Late Summer.
