Crystalline Silica Awareness

You could be in respiratory danger on a jobsite even if you don't see dust particles in the air.  When you breathe dust that contains silica, the tiny particles damage your lungs.  This introductory course to respirable crystalline silica takes attendees from what crystalline silica is to potential exposures, hazards, OSHA requirements, engineering controls, health effects, and respirators.

PEU Eligible: St. Louis County 2.0 CORE, Jefferson County 2.0 CODE
