The OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry Training Program is intended to provide an entry-level construction worker's general awareness of recognizing and preventing hazards on a construction site. Topics include: Introduction to OSHAct, Requirements of the Act, the General Duty Clause, Employer/Employee Rights, Whistleblower and 11c Protections, Inspections, Citations and Penalties, Recordkeeping, Focused Inspection, and the Four Focus.

Raymond Boehm(Safety Education Consultants) has been involved in the occupational safety and health for the past 36 years. He has expertise in ergonomics, construction safety, large event safety, and safety program development. He was the Safety Director for St. Louis Children’s Hospital and in 1993, founded Safety Education Consultants, Ltd. His client base has included ESPN, The Food and Wine Magazine Classic in Aspen, Red Bull North America and associated events. In addition to consulting, Boehm works as the Risk Manager for the Keeley Companies that encompasses L. Keeley Construction, Zero Day Technologies, and the ADB Utility Companies. He is a certified OSHA instructor in the Construction Standards and holds Occupational Safety and Health Administration certificates in Ergonomics and Back Injury Prevention
