This online workshop will help provide you with the tools you need to better manage your diabetes/pre-diabetes. Each week we will discuss different topics such as how to manage symptoms and medications, communication with family and doctors, stress, eating well, exercise, and setting attainable goals.

Sessions are 2.5 hours per week for six weeks. Anyone 18 years or older can participate. Classes are FREE and do not go through your insurance.
