Joe Grundfest, founder and co-director of the Stanford Directors' College and senior faculty member at Stanford’s Rock Center, will speak on the topic of "The Future of Corporate Governance." A former commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Joe is a highly sought-after authority on corporate boards, board governance and shareholder relations. Joe is a member of the board at Kohlberg, Kravis and Roberts and the founder and a director of Financial Engines.
