Reiki I Training 

In Reiki I class, through an engaging combination of teaching, discussion, and experiential practice you will:

• hear the history of Reiki
• learn the Reiki principles
• explore the applications of Reiki
• be introduced to the chakra energy system
• be taught the standard hand positions
• receive an attunement to open the channel to Reiki
• learn how to give hands-on Reiki treatments to yourself and others
• use Japanese Reiki techniques to facilitate the flow of Reiki
• practice giving Reiki

In a sacred ceremony during the training, you will receive an attunement to awaken your natural healing abilities. This initiation activates your energy channels and tunes you in, like a radio, to the frequency of Reiki. As well as providing a lifetime access to Reiki energy, many people find that the attunement increases their intuitive abilities, raises their energetic vibration, and enhances their spiritual development.
