A Parents' Nite Out
YOGA & MEDITATION
At AANE we know that when parents find small ways to take care of themselves they have more energy and patience for their kids. Please join us for a relaxing evening of restorative yoga and meditation. You don't need to have any experience with yoga or meditation to feel right at home in the Lumina studio - beginners are welcome!
AANE parents tell us that they want to connect
with others who understand what life is like
parenting a child on the autism spectrum. After
our class we'll have a short talk on wellness, and
then time to share your beverage of choice
(wine/seltzer) and snacks and connect with
each other. It promises to be a relaxing evening with other parents who understand -- we hope you'll join us!
