Four-Session Support/Discussion Group 

Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed? Join other single parents for mutual support and share information, resources, and coping strategies.

Topics may include:

• Feeling like a "good enough" parent.
• Communicating effectively with a nonspousal co-parent. 
• Helping children adjust to living in two households with different rules.
• Taking care of yourself and creating a support network. 

Series Cost
$25 for the first family member
$10 for each additional family member
