Parenting Without Panic
Four-Session Support/Discussion Group 

Do you often feel like you're running a race you didn't train for? Do you spend a lot of time thinking about what the future holds and wondering if your child will be okay? You aren't alone. Join other parents to share experiences, strategies, and resources.

Discussion may focus on:

• Accepting our kids while helping them grow and develop.
• Staying calm and keeping things in perspective.
• Deciding how to allocate your time, money, and energy.
• Balancing the needs and interests of all family members. 

Series Cost
$25 for the first family member and
$10 for each additional family member
