Atty. Bartlett is Senior Counsel, Export/Import Law, Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he advises the corporation on global trade controls. He is a recognized authority and lecturer on the Arms Export Control Act and the ITAR. Jim is the author of The Annotated ITAR, editor of the Society of International Affairs Pocket ITAR, editor of Daily Bugle - NGC Export/Import Daily Update newsletter and co-author of United States Export Controls, Sixth Edition from Aspen Publishers.
Kerry T. Scarlott, Esq.
Atty. Scarlott is the Director, International Trade Law for Goulston & Storrs. He has particular expertise in technology-based companies where he assists clients regarding import and export compliance, foreign sales and distribution of products, overseas manufacturing and sourcing, establishing strategic alliances and joint ventures, and acquiring and selling businesses. Kerry lectures and writes regularly on international trade matters.
Carmine Nigro
Special Agent Nigro is the Counterintelligence Strategic Partnership Coordinator for the Boston Regional FBI office and works with defense contractors and academia to raise awareness of counterintelligence threats. His office works with government and private industry to develop and provide tools for the protection of defense/military technology, intellectual property and trade secrets. He will discuss increased regional threat activity and precautions firms can take.
John Burton
John Burton is President and founder of NPI a firm specializing in the design and development of systems, technology control plans and protocols used in the protection of sensitive and critical corporate and ITAR controlled data.
