Join us for Maysville's first ever .5K -

Yes, you read this right, .5K

Finally, a fun run that's really fun...or at least really short.

Join Green Dot Maysville for the state's first-ever* 0.5K "race!" No, that's not a typo; we really did write "0.5K" -- as in 546.807 yards. This mini-mini-marathon on level pavement, at a pace of your choosing, is a "race" for the rest of us; overachievers, underachievers, and regular achievers all welcome.

Is a 0.5K too grueling for you? Register as a VIP ($30) and you don't even have to walk; we'll give you a lift!

Prizes will be awarded for the best costume and the largest team, and of course, every participant will get a participation medal.

re-registration is open until June 8th, and is $20. Day-of registration (throughout the day at Pickers & Grinners and at the starting line) is $25. You must be pre-registered to be guaranteed an event t-shirt; after June 8, shirts are first-come, first-served. Children under the age of 8 may participate for free (registration required to receive a t-shirt), but all minors must be accompanied by an adult. Plus, there is a special $30 registration for those who don't want to overtax themselves on the 546.807 yard run/walk - you will be driven to the finish line.
