Hillsborough MPO Federal Certification Review Public Meeting & Comment Period

PLEASE NOTE: The Federal Certification Review Team Public Meeting is on Tuesday February 5, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.

The Public Comment Period will remain open through Tuesday, March 5, 2013.

How are we doing?

Introduction
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) conduct reviews of designated Transportation Management Areas (TMAs) at least every four years. The primary purpose of the review is to certify that the TMA is satisfactorily meeting the planning requirements as defined in Federal laws and regulation. The certification also provides FHWA and FTA the opportunity to add value to the TMA's planning processes through the sharing of best or innovative planning practices, techniques, and/or technology.

The Federal Review Team wants you to weigh
in on the local transportation planning process!

Public Meeting

Persons in need of special accommodations to participate at this meeting or who need transportation and qualify as transportation disadvantaged should contact Michele Ogilvie at 813/273-3774 x317 no later than January 30.
