In this 30-minute webinar about the "Shared Work Initiative"  Stephen Ryan, Shared Work Initiative Project Coordinator from the Department of Labor will be presenting about the program which is designed to assist businesses with changes in workload from seasonal adjustments, a drop in demand or supply chain issues.  The Shared Work Initiative can be leveraged by businesses to save labor dollars and retain employees by adjusting work schedules to fit the work available.
