Volunteer Management

The volunteer management function is well-integrated at all levels of any organization. This workshop will identify each of the elements of a volunteer program: planning a volunteer program, recruiting and placing volunteers, orienting & training volunteers, supervising & recognizing volunteers, evaluating the volunteer program.
