Volunteer Management Network Meeting 

Following two workshops for Volunteer Coordinators earlier this  year, a new networking, information and support group for people who interact with volunteers has formed.

Join us on Nov. 1, 11:30 AM - 1 PM for the first meeting, which will be held at the Community Foundation Monterey offices. Bring your lunch, ideas, examples (feel free to bring sample materials), questions, concerns and be ready to share with colleagues. 

Topic for Nov 1:  Gratitude, Recognition and Celebration of Volunteers (especially at this time of year!) with a possible TBA bonus presentation.

• Icebreaker - Share examples of how you have personally been appreciated or recognized.
• Table Discussions - How are you currently appreciating/recognizing your volunteers?  Please bring examples to share.
• Learn about the Service Enterprise Initiative from United Way and Return of the Natives.

Anyone working with volunteers is welcome to attend but space is limited, so register early!
