How to Have a Thriving Volunteer Program

Recruiting, Retaining and Appreciating Volunteers

Volunteers are the lifeblood of most nonprofit organizations. Do you have questions about building/sustaining a strong volunteer program? Come for lunch and listen to local volunteer professionals discuss their successes, challenges and learnings managing volunteers. Learn results of a survey NAMC conducted about interests and needs of volunteer coordinators in its member organizations. Would you be interested in participating in an ongoing peer support program for this vital function? Let's explore next steps to make our vounteer programs even stronger!
