This workshop will discuss and review the nature and function of supervision. Whether you are pursuing your BCBA, BCaBA or RBT, the type of supervision (training and feedback) that is passed on from clinician to clinician is critical to our field and the individuals we serve. Ethics is the cornerstone of how supervision is effective and meaningful.
