Session 1: What's Your Business Worth? You Need to Know

This is a two-part series designed for small business owners.  In Session 1, attendees learn how to evaluate their business.  In Session 2, attendees find out how to plan a buy/sell agreement to gracefully exit their company.  Those interested can register for both sessions or either session individually.

In Session 1, you will learn:

• How can I determine the value of my business?
• Could I sell my business now? And retire?
• What is the value of my goodwill?
• How do I decide how much insurance I need?
• Do I need an exit strategy for my business?
• What are my partners’ shares worth? Can I buy them out?
• Can my employees buy me out?
