Trish Candler
Trish Candler is the Talent Management Program Manager at LG&E and KU Energy LLC. Trish leads talent management and development for leaders and teams including coaching, mentoring, program development, coordination, and facilitation. She is also engaged in succession management and assessment strategies for the organization. Trish is a Registered Corporate Coach from World Association of Business Coaches.
Michael Duke
Michael Duke has been a leadership development coach for 15 years. He is a Vistage Chair, CEO coach, and professional keynote speaker. He has written two books on coaching as a leadership style. Michael specializes in walking with executives with strong technical skills through their struggles with the relational component that a high-level leadership role requires. He has also worked with many business owners and partnerships to increase their effectiveness and that of the key players on their team. Michael is a past president of NSA Kentucky.
Janet Fulton
Janet Fulton is the founder and president of Fulton180 Coaching Projects. Janet collaborates with professionals to help them create and execute full-bucket retirement experiences. She creates innovative, financial empowerment coaching with human service, government, and non-profit leaders. She coaches clients to increase financial management knowledge, promote behavior that advances financial stability, and increase confidence to achieve financial goals. Janet is former president of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Ohio Valley Charter Chapter and is an Associate Certified Coach through ICF.
Katie Gaughan
Katie Gaughan is the founder and president of Point C Business Consultancy. She collaborates with leaders, teams, and organizations to find new ways to tap into their wisdom and creativity to achieve their most important objectives. She manages executive coaching for companies and leads a cadre of external coaches. Her innovative approach to executive coaching, leadership development and team/culture evolution enables clients to gain new awareness and make transformative, sustainable shifts that get results. Katie is the founder of Louisville Coaches Connect and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Jeff Nally
Jeff Nally will facilitate the panel discussion. Jeff is an executive coach, coaching supervisor, professional speaker, and author who creates no-nonsense neuroscience solutions with leaders to be more human at work. Jeff is the president of Nally Group Inc., a practice focused on the science of leadership and human interaction. He is a Professional Certified Coach through ICF, vice president of marketing at the International Coach Federation (ICF) Ohio Valley Charter Chapter, and vice president at NSA Kentucky.
