LEADER 10th Annual Summit - Attendee Registration

The LEADER 10th Annual Summit provides all persons interested in improving and promoting the advancement of person centered care in all care settings an opportunity to comingle with their peers and professionals to learn about the changes taking place in the long-term care continuum

As a result of attending this 2-day event, participants will be able to:

•          Explain the values and best practices of person centered care and

•          Discuss new information and tools for transforming the culture and operations of their communities where aging adults live

This Summit features sessions with national speakers, as well as, speakers from Louisiana who are working in the Long Term Care setting, providing a diverse group of professionals to educate residents, family members, owners, corporate personnel, ombudsman and health care representatives. This includes Administrators, Executive Directors, DON's, RN's, LPN's, QAPI, MDS, Activity/Life Enrichment, CNA's,  PCA's, RA's, Dietary, Social Services, Therapists, and Custodial who provide services in nursing homes, retirement housing, adult day care centers, senior centers, supportive and assisted living communities throughout Louisiana.

There will be a separate Pre-Summit session with speaker Jean Moody-Williams, Deputy Director, CMS/CCSQ, providing an update on activities to include Value Based Purchasing, Quality Improvement Programs, and Survey and Certification.
