For 6 consecutive weeks, Loch will offer weekly in-depth nondual mindfulness workshops featuring short eyes-open micro-meditations he calls Mindful Glimpses. These practices explore the next stage of mindfulness training by providing immediate relief, and a clear path to accessing awake consciousness and living from natural compassionate motivation.
Each 2-hour session will introduce 2 or 3 glimpse practices and will provide opportunities to ask Loch questions and to fine-tune your practice.
COURSE INCLUDES:
