He is available from Monday to Friday, 10 am-4 pm.( But will not be available on Monday September 5th 2016). All the reservation must be reserved latest by October 15th 2016 for the discounted rate, after this date the hotel may not be able to honor the rate. the hotel is not holding any rooms, the hotel may not be able to offer the rooms and rate in case hotel is running above 85% occupancy or sold out on the event date before October 15th 2016. Due to heavy convention season the area hotel tends to get sold out early.
