Despite laws, sexual harassment still occurs in the workplace — and when it does, it's possible that the employer may be legally liable. Given the potentially severe legal consequences — not to mention the emotional consequences for the victims of sexual harassment — it only makes sense that employers have a well-crafted sexual harassment policy in place.
