Participants attending this course will be able to identify the parties involved in a transaction and the responsibilities of each. The Arkansas Realtors Association Right to Sell Agreements & Buyer Representation Agreements as well as documentation deemed necessary from the beginning of a transaction to the end will be used in this instruction.
