Professional Preparation Academy:
Communicating for Leadership Success

 the Professional Preparation Academy is specifically designed for employees of local companies and others who have a desire to develop to the next level of management; whether it is an existing Supervisor, a mid-Manager or an employee who has been identified with the demonstrated ability to be promoted to the next level.

This training development can meet the basic skills need for existing Managers / Supervisors in total or provide only a specific area of expertise needed to finish rounding out existing skills already developed.

DDI delivers a well-rounded format of learning and retaining these basic skill sets that can be used in your present position, home, church, community and everyday activities.

Professional Preparation Academy consists of 12 training sessions with each session will be no more than 4 hours of training.

If you are a GCITC member company, please be aware that this registration commits your company to pay for the class whether your employees attend or not.  After the class, you will receive an invoice from GCITC.

For non-members, the online registration system does not accept credit card or paypal payments at this time, so please be sure to mail your check made payable to BRTC/GCITC within a few days after registration, as you will not be officially registered until we receive your payment for the class.
