Self Defense for Children- Ages 10-17

Teach, Train, and empower with the necessary skills to recognize and avoid danger and threats.  

This course is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defensive training.

The Self Defense Class is taught over a period of 6 hours, meeting just two nights. Topics will include an overview and discussion on risk prevention, learning and practicing physical defense moves and more.  

Class is specialized for youth ages 10-17.

• Tuesday, Aug 2, 2016       5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Thursday, Aug 4, 2016      5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
