RAD - Rape Aggression Defense!
What is RAD? Rape Aggression Defense System is one of the best self-defense courses.
RAD is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. This 9 hour course is taught in two session.
This course begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, and ends with hands-on defensive training.
- Overview and Discussion on Risk Reduction and Prevention
- Learning and Practicing Physical Defense moves
- Simulation of an Attack - Simulation is strictly voluntary and is not required to complete the course
The majority who participate in the simulation leave with a feeling of empowerment.
