18 Hour Salesperson Post-Licensure
The post-licensure education requirement for salespersons is 18 classroom hours. This course will include six-hour segments of "Closing Methods and Practice", "Agency and Disclosure" and "Real Estate Contracts and Forms".
Closing Methods and Practice (6 Hours)
This segment will help you understand the proper steps in closing. You will learn the various types of forms used in closing and which forms are the right ones to use. You will become familiar with "Real Estate Company Trust Accounts" and learn what is needed for the random checks conducted by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission. This segment will cover the laws and regulation that govern trust accounts.

Agency and Disclosure (6 Hours)
This segment is designed to help you understand how agency relationships are established and define and identify "clients" and "customers" and the duties owed to each. In addition an in-depth discussion of disclosures will be covered.

Real Estate Contracts & Forms (6 Hours)
In this segment you will learn what constitutes a legal and binding contract and how to address those elements which are most prone to legal problems. We will provide you with a copy of new contracts which contain changes that have occured since the last printing of documents, as well as, a discussion of current pre-printed forms and the rationale for their use.
