Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Fundamentals  (GTAW or TIG) 

Course Overview

Participants will be introduced to the principles of gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW),
also known as TIG welding.  Course includes setup and use of equi
pment, safe use
of tools, and welding instruction in various positions on T-joint designs.

Instructors are experts in structural steel welding.

Participants are required to wear a long-sleeve, thick cotton shirt such as a Wrangler

BRTC and GCITC reserve the right to cancel a course due to a low enrollment.  Participants may cancel registration in writing 2 weeks
prior to class start date for a full refund.
