What is Outcomes Focused Practice and how can this process help me improve outcomes on behalf of children and youth in Adams County?

WHAT WILL I LEARN?

ACYI utilizes Outcomes Focused Practice, which Continuous Improvement is one piece of. Participants will be introduced to the Continuous Improvement process and to basic tools that are key to the practice.

***Please note: In order to attend this session, you must have attended: 'Intro to ACYI and Collective Impact' and 'The ACYI Theory of Action.'***

This workshop is a prerequisite for advanced Continuous Improvement workshops, including 'LEANing Into Results Oriented Work.'

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Cross-sector practitioners and individuals who work with children and youth in Adams County and/or are working to improve outcomes on their behalf. Individuals, groups, and organizations interested in learning about continuous improvement.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

We will provide all materials, including light snacks.
