Legacy Family Seating at Commencement

As part of a Legacy family, you have the opportunity to take advantage of a special Legacy Family seating arrangement at your commencement ceremony this May.

In celebration of your Legacy family, and in honor of your graduation, the Shippensburg University Alumni Relations Office has reserved seats (up to 6) in the grand stand at the 50 yard line which will be held for your guests. You must register your guests on-line by Monday, May 1.

Participation in this Legacy Family section is optional. You will be mailed seating vouchers for each guest listed on your registration form, and your guests must present this ticket upon arrival to be directed to the reserved Legacy Family section.

Please note information on inclement weather:  If the ceremony is forced to move indoors to Heiges Field House, you may only use as many seating vouchers that you have admission tickets for. Your seating voucher does not give you entrance admission to the field house. You must have an admittance ticket. The number of admittance tickets given to each graduate is not determined until approximately 1-2 weeks before graduation based on the number of graduates participating in the program. Example: If you are given 5 admittance tickets, you may only get 5 people in. The seating voucher is not an admittance ticket.
