Get ready for Tough Mudder/Spartan/RhinO-Course with killer rope exercises designed to help you lift your body weight.
5AM-6AM and 6AM-7AM
We will be setting up a 1 mile obstacle course with functional exercises as the obstacles that use the same muscles needed to lift your body weight over a wall or climb a rope. Ropes and tires will be used in place of actual walls and rope climbs. Class will be taught Boot Camp-Style and the goal is to complete as many 1-mile laps as possible in the hour. You may do both 5AM and 6AM for a 2 hour workout if desired.
