This class hands-on class will educate you on the different types of knives and the purpose of their shapes and blades. Learn to hold a knife properly and how to maintain a sharp edge with a stone and steel. Practice slicing, mincing, chopping, dicing and precision cuts such as a chiffonade and how to supreme or section citrus!
Plus njoy a delicious meal at the end using some of the ingredients you prepare.
