Let’s cut through the confusion, shall we? This is the most important cooking class you may ever take!
The foundation for excellent cooking is good knives paired with great knife skills. Proper knife technique will streamline your meal prepping and improve the overall appearance and flavor of the food you make. Come learn to give your cooking a real "edge" while Chef Andie discusses selecting, maintaining and using knives properly. Then you'll have a chance to practice a variety of classic cuts - and learn what kinds of recipes lend themselves to each cut. This is an invaluable class for all skill levels.
Please make sure to wear closed toed rubber soled shoes. All knives will be provided for you. Please note there is no meal served during this class.
