Brining is the secret to a moist and tasty bird.
We will discuss a fool proof way to cook, carve and serve a turkey without the fear of it being dry and over cooked. We will also discuss and demonstrate dishes that can be prepared ahead of time and cooked on Thanksgiving Day allowing you to spend more time with family, because that's the point!
