Join us for a hands-on salsa making workshop! We will peel roasted chiles, chop garlic and tomatoes, squeeze fresh limes, char ears of corn and roast garlic.

Its the best summer salsa's you have ever made and eaten with fresh made corn chips!

Salsa Fresca: Roasted Green Chile, Organic Tomato, Roasted Garlic, Scallion & Lime 

Mexicorn Salsa: Charred Sweet Corn, Jalapeno, Sweet onion, Queso Fresco, Charred Red Peppers, Orange Vinaigrette

Black Bean & Spicy Cucumber Salsa: Heirloom Tomato, Poblano Peppers and Avocado Aioli

Sweet Island Salsa: Pineapple, Mango, Red Onion, Strawberry, Jalapeno Honey Lime
