Starting out working in a financial institution one quickly finds there is lots of information to learn. From debits and credits, to the multitude of products and services, is a challenging issue. As one masters these topics often entering the world of lending is another step.
It is a known fact: Members want to deal with trained and knowledgeable employees. Members see you as the expert, one who has knowledge and answers vs. excuses. Like it or not, you are seen as the “expert”. This program addresses the challenge of entering the world of lending and, even starting out, how to be the professional members want to deal with.
This program introduces you to the fundamentals of consumer lending.
Day 1 - Stepping Into Consumer Lending: For the individual with minimal experience
Day 2 - Going Up: For the individual with a greater degree of consumer lending experience
Meet the Instructor: John Baptista, Jr.
John Baptista’s experience combines over 35 years in the financial industry, including 30 years in management, and over three decades as a trainer and consultant. His lifetime of customer relations and ‘real world’ experiences, provide a new learning dimension to each of his programs and training seminars. He is an alumnus of the University Of Southern California and the University of San Diego.
