Presenter: ERIC NORTH
Eric North is an attorney who has devoted his practice primarily to the representation of creditunions for more than 25 years. He became involved with the credit union movement while in law school.
Prior to becoming an attorney Eric worked directly within the consumer finance industry in management, operations, lending and collections.
He has argued cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, all federal district courts in California, certain federal district courts outside of California by special permission, as well as California state courts.
In addition to representing clients in California matters, Eric has helped train thousands of credit union employees and attorneys from across the country.
He has also authored various procedural manuals for credit unions.
He practices with the law firm of Moore Brewer Wolfe Jones Tyler & North.
