Home Buying Made Easy & The State of Cleveland's Neighborhoods 

During the first hour, Kristen M. Boll, Sales Performance Manager from KeyBank Mortgage              will educate agents on the different programs available to assist homebuyers at all different             levels of income and the tools to give them to assist them in the home buying process.                    The second hour will feature Jeff Kipp, Director of Neighborhood Marketing at Cleveland      Neighborhood Progress, discussing the state of all the neighborhoods in the City of Cleveland and the real estate challenges and opportunities that exist in these areas.
