Terlingua 2015, Need I say more???
Friends and Family, as you can see there are a few changes for Terlingua for this year. First is the online registration page that EVERYONE will now need to complete. As always, alumni will get first shot to register and then the remaining spots will be opened to the public around March 1st, 2015. Please fill out the registration form completely! We will do our best to assign rooms based on preferences and to meet any dietary needs that you have. If you have any questions please contact Sean (210-885-7326 or sean@terlinguaps.com). Just like before, you can just make a deposit now and pay the remainder later.
The second change is that we will no longer be using Alpine as the "unofficial" start to Terlingua. We will now be offering Wednesday night lodging at Lajitas. You are still free to stay in Alpine but the majority of participants will be continuing on to Lajitas on Wednesday. This will give us all a FULL day around the resort on Thursday for those who wish as well as letting us still enjoy a drive and lunch in Big Bend National Park for those who wish.
Third change is that there will be an "on-call" schedule with contact information. At least two board members will be available, sober and on-call at all times. Schedule will be provided upon check-in.
The fourth change is that we will now have a TPS Code of Conduct that we will ask each participant to adhere to (see below). All of these changes are in direct response to feedback, input and requests from our participants.

By registering for this event you acknowledge to abide by and follow the Terlingua Preservtion Society Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct includes but is not limited to the following actions and behaviors: participants agree to refrain from obnoxious, harrassing and/or disruptive actions, excessive public intoxication, confrontational or disrespective behavior, providing alcohol to minors or any other action deemed by TPS to be detrimental to other participants, the venue, TPS, it's sponsors or anyone else.
