2019 Parent and Tots - Exploring Nature Program 

This unique program starts May 9th and runs until August 29th every Thursdays for 2 hours and allows you and your little ones to get outside and explore nature and the environment. Parents/caregivers and their tots together participate in activities geared to children 2-4 years of age. Activities include; circle time, sing along, hikes, sensory activities and much more.  All sessions run out of at Ken Reid Conservation Area.

Program Dates Include;

May 9, 16, 23, 30

June 6, 13, 20, 27

July 4, 11, 18, 25

August 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

Cancellation of Parent and Tot Program

Kawartha Conservation Parent and Tot Nature Program must be paid in full at the time of registration. If a participant is unable to attend a session a full refund will be given less a $5.00 administration fee IF the can-cellation is made 10 business days before the scheduled session. If a cancellation is made less than 10 busi-ness days before scheduled session start the parent/guardian will NOT receive any refund whatsoever.

Kawartha Conservation reserves the right to cancel a Parent and Tot Nature Program due to low attendance. For Parent and Tot Nature Program Kawartha Conservation requires a minimum of 10 or more participants per session. If less than 10 participants sign up for a session, Kawartha Conservation may cancel that Parent and Tot Nature Program session. Parents/guardians will be notified of a program cancellation a minimum of 1 week before the scheduled session. A full refund of the session will be given or the option to reschedule to another

Parent and Tot Nature session, whichever option works best.In the case of a family or medical emergency and cancellation of a Parent and Tot Nature session is neces-sary, please contact Kawartha Region Conservation Authority as soon as possible by telephone at 705.328.2271 Ext.218 or email naspden@KawarthaConservation.com.
