Actually, it's better than a talk show because you too can join the conversation by asking questions of Carmen and her guests. Carmen's smart look at culture change focuses on a wide variety of topics. She brings an insider's view of regulations, and reports on little changes happening in government, in attitude, in practice. Each month she will share culture change news and updates, amusing and heartwarming stories, and interview a guest on a relevant and timely topic.

While we often wish conflict would go away, that’s usually because conflict scares us.  This quick course will discuss the brilliance of embracing conflict.  Participants will be encouraged to begin a personal journey of learning the skills of gentle conflict provocation as well as conflict management and conflict resolution.  Examples will be provided from family life as well as from the workplace.  The desired outcome for this event is that the participants will recognize the importance of growing conflict skills in culture changing organizations.  Why? So that residents can continue to grow and live a good life, filled with the delights and pleasures of normal conflict; and that employees can learn skills that not only makes their care environments hum with new energy, but that they can take home and nurture happiness through conflict in their families as well!
 

Carmen's webinars are (normally) held the third Friday of every month and run about an hour.  

Registration Fee: $99 per site/per show
