Please join Leech Tishman Energy Practice Group attorneys, Dan Garcia & Bill Bresee as they conduct a CLE program entitled, "So...There's a Pipeline Coming to Your Community."
Lunch will be provided.
This CLE is designed to be an introduction to midstream development and infrastructure with a focus on the regulatory considerations. The geographical focus will be the Marcellus and Utica region. The speakers will cover the Pipeline and Informed Planning Alliance manual published by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration as a resource attorneys, township solicitors, and land developers can utilize as pipeline development reaches their region. This program has been submitted to the PA CLE Board for approval (2 substantive credits).
