Mike will review our 2020 objectives, progress to date, and highlight some of the important new programs. He’ll also discuss AUGIE’s work in claims download, policy download and productive agency visits. Many of these have taken on even more importance now that so many in the industry are working remotely. Lastly, Mike will kick off the nomination process for the annual Unsung Hero award.

AUGIE Group has been perfecting and promoting policy and claims download to more agencies and more carriers. We’ll highlight the new materials designed to educate and raise awareness of the benefits. Ohio Mutual will share how they’ve been successful and the benefits they are seeing in agency uptake.
