After-Lunch Program: Who is this Putin?
Where does Putin come from? Why is he popular among Russians? Why are his origins in the KGB important? This talk explores long-term and short-term historical factors behind Putin's foreign policy today, as well as successful and failed ways for the US to deal with it.
