Sanitation Essentials For Safe Food

Both consumers and regulatory organizations have made food safety a high priority. Commercial Food Sanitation, led by Joe Stout, offers this course and Intralox Company will provide the venue.  Joe is known in the Industry for his work and knowledge in sanitation and food safety (recent article).  Commercial Food Sanitation trainers are experienced sanitation and food safety leaders from the across the food industry.  

This 2 1/2 -day course teaches sanitation essentials in the classroom and on the plant floor where all attendees learn by doing.  The course provides separate opportunities to practice cleaning methods unique to meat, cheese, and low moisture foods.  Attendees come away with practical and proven approaches to cleaning, sanitary design, allergen changeovers and test methods to assure food safety.
