Join us for two interactive discussion sessions focused on recent case law impacting Special Education in Ohio: The U.S. Supreme Court decision in Perez v. Strugis and Knox County v. MQ from the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.

On Tuesday, April 4, we will discuss the Perez v. Sturgis decision and what it means for exhaustian under IDEA and strategies you can employ in a post-Perez world. 

On Tuesday, April 25, we will cover the recent Knox County v. MQ matter from the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and what it means for balancing LRE against educational benefits/FAPE.
