This Traffic Incident Management (TIM) training course was developed in conjunction with the NYS TIM Steering Committee and updated to conform to the FHWA National TIM training program.  The topics include traffic incident management, communication and coordination, personal safety, scene management and post incident actions.

This informative two hour training course is targeted to the TOWING INDUSTRY and will satisfy the two hour TIM course requirement for the NYS Stand-by tow and HELP contracts. A certificate of completion will be provided.
